At Krono Legacy, securing your asset during transit is our highest priority. Every timepiece we ship is double-boxed, fully insured for its full value, and routed through premier express carriers to guarantee a safe, confidential, and seamless delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Handling — A flat $95 shipping & handling fee applies to every order. It covers professional, discreet packaging and expedited, fully insured, fully tracked U.S. delivery to a secure carrier hold location. Every shipment is insured for its full value through our third-party carrier insurance, so your timepiece is protected from our door to your hands.

Discreet Delivery — To ensure maximum security, your timepiece is shipped in discreet packaging to a verified secure carrier hold location.

Secure Hand-Off — An adult signature and a valid government-issued ID are strictly required at the time of pickup or delivery.

Order Processing & Verification

Payment Clearance — Timepieces are prepared for transport only after funds have successfully cleared and our internal security verification is complete.

Tracking Alerts — You will receive a secure tracking number via email as soon as your shipping label is generated.

Active Monitoring — Our logistics team tracks your package at every milestone until it safely reaches your hands.

Fulfillment Timelines

Ready-to-Ship (In-Stock) Timepieces — Watches currently held in our physical inventory generally ship the following business day after payment confirmation and security clearance.

Sourced Timepieces (Available Upon Request) — A 12.5% deposit initiates your search and remains fully refundable until you authorize the acquisition of a specific, agreed-upon reference. Upon that authorization, the deposit is applied toward the purchase price and becomes non-refundable. Most requests are secured and ready for your review within 24 to 72 business hours, while exceptional or highly collectible references may require up to seven business days. Once you have reviewed and approved the timepiece, the remaining balance is collected and expedited shipping is arranged. Should we be unable to source a watch meeting your agreed specifications within 7 to 14 calendar days, your deposit is refunded in full. You are equally free to cancel the search at any point before authorizing an acquisition, in which case your deposit is likewise returned in full. In the rare event a sourced piece arrives not as described, the matter is resolved with you individually until a fair outcome is reached.

Split Shipments — For multi-item orders containing both in-stock and sourced pieces, we will dispatch your items separately so you receive your in-stock watches without delay. Each individual shipment remains independently tracked and fully insured for its full value.

Security & Delivery Protocol

Default Secure Pickup Location — To protect against theft and intercept fraud, Krono Legacy does not ship to residential addresses or PO Boxes by default. All timepieces are routed to a verified secure carrier hold location closest to your address. You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID to the carrier agent; the name on your ID must exactly match the name on the shipping manifest; and an adult signature is strictly required to release the asset.

Alternate Hold Requests — If you need your timepiece routed to a different carrier facility or near an upcoming travel destination, please coordinate this with our team prior to completing your payment.

Stealth Packaging — Shipments are placed in non-descript outer boxes with absolutely no brand names, logos, or indications of luxury contents. Watches are securely double-boxed and protected by tamper-evident seals. Your shipment is fully insured for its full value until an authorized signature releases it at the carrier station.

International Logistics — We facilitate global delivery to select countries on a case-by-case basis. Please consult our concierge team to verify eligibility, carrier availability, and estimated transit windows. All international shipments are declared accurately at their full financial value; we will not under-declare assets or mismark customs documentation. The recipient assumes full responsibility for all regional duties, VAT, and local import taxes.

Shipping Exceptions & Delays

While we favor expedited transit, delivery windows may be extended due to bank holidays, severe weather anomalies, carrier network disruptions, or extended payment processing reviews. We will maintain direct communication with you throughout any unexpected delays.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Your timepiece is fully insured for its full value until the moment it is signed for. In the rare event that a package is delayed, routed incorrectly, or shows signs of exterior damage: contact Krono Legacy immediately; retain all boxes, labels, and packaging materials exactly as they arrived until our investigation concludes; and our team will handle the insurance claim or carrier trace directly and guide you through the resolution.

Unclaimed Shipments

Carrier facilities hold high-value packages for a restricted number of days before returning them to the sender. If a timepiece is returned to us due to non-pickup or a refused delivery, re-delivery will be arranged only after security protocols are re-verified, and the client is responsible for settling any return freight costs or re-shipping fees before the watch is sent out a second time.

Order Modifications

Address Adjustments — Route modifications must be requested and locked in before the package leaves our facility. Once in transit, adjustments are subject to strict carrier restrictions and handling fees.
